ribbon pasta in a traditional red wine beef ragu sauce

local chanterelle mushrooms, gorgonzola, shaved Parmigiano (v & g)

Filetto di Trota
pan seared trout, citronette dressing,
brussel sprouts, pearl onions and baby potatoes (g)

fresh local fish and shellfish in a tomato and Anice secco broth,
served with garlic crostino

Rotolo di Pollo
pancetta wrapped oven roasted chicken roulade,
chestnut, fresh herbs and mascarpone filling,
served with potato puree, carrots, brussel sprouts

Agnello Brasato
red wine and espresso braised lamb shank,
served over saffron and snap pea risotto (g)

Filetto di Manzo
grilled beef tenderloin, port wine reduction,
potato croquette, asparagus, baby carrots

Dolci dessert

traditional style, espresso dipped lady fingers,
mascarpone cheese mousse

pastry shells filled with a sweet ricotta cream,
